: Mary,

: I am very interested, Mary, in knowing more about the
: show and especially if a ship, The Eagles Wing is
: mentioned in this show.

: Thanks,

: Gwen
The show is a musical and was inspired by the 17th century ship called the " Eagle Wing " which set sail from Groomsport, County Down in the autumn of 1636. I haven't seen the show but my son and some friends have. They feel it is very like Riverdance and not as good. I know the producer was hoping to bring it to the USA but was unable to secure funding. There is a web site you may like to access,www.oneagleswing.com and another site of interest for you may be www.ulsterscotsagency.com,I have a programme from the venue here in Belfast and would forward it to you if you liked. Mary.
