Wee Inchgotrick

David

I have not been able to find a map that specifically labels Wee Inchgotrick but I am presuming that the buildings that straddle each side of a road leading off the Treesbanks House Road are the place. This puts them about half-way in a straight line towards Sunnyside.

I note that there seem to be indications that there were two buildings one each side of the side road. One may have been for the owner and the other for farm labour. I doubt if my GGrandfather could afford to own the place so he must have been renting when he was there. His brother's eldest child was born at "Inchgotrick" so I am supposingthe whole family were living there for a while.

Previously they had bene living in Campbell Street Riccarton.
